Training Videos: Tarpers
Objective:
To create concise training video modules that improve workplace productivity and workplace safety for all employees and contractors by standardizing and systemizing practice & procedures.
Scope of Work & Rough Timeline:
Research of steps & task lists as required in the Tarping procedures, as well as difference between Flatbed, B-Train, and Curtain trailers
Breaking down Procedures into Learning Modules
Modules:
Clean-Up & Task List
Setting up Tarps (Flatbed & B-Train)
Tarping: Flatbed

Opening & Closing Curtain Trailer
1-2 weeks to establish visuals, create scripts, and establish other pre-production requirements as per each Training Module
Connect with CGC over filming criteria, such as access to heights for camera mounting, shooting locations, etc. (If applicable)
Book shoot day and secure all needed personnel
Secure sub-contractors as needed including voice over artist
1 day shooting on location
up to 3-4 weeks for the digital edits
up to 1-2 weeks for revisions if needed
Deliverables:
(x4) training videos 3-5 minutes in length, .MP4 format, and shot in 4K
(x1) training video 5-10 minutes in length, .MP4 format, and shot in 4K (Tarping: Flatbed)
Watermark free and Multi-Use licensed material
online viewing gallery for easy downloads and sharing
Youtube links to all videos for easy sharing and online posting

A little about our Founder…
From Haldimand County to across the globe, Sophie has been a creative professional since 2016 and is the founder of Hyperfocus Media.
After completing her Film and Media Production Bachelor of Arts Degree at Humber College in 2016, Sophie entered the film industry as a Camera Assistant and worked across Europe and Scandinavia on the Discovery Channel Canada programs Mighty Ships, Mighty Cruise Ships, and Mighty Trains.
From 2017-2019 Sophie received professional training as a member of IATSE 667 Cinematographer’s Guild of Canada and worked on many IATSE productions such as Star Trek Discovery, The Expanse, Designated Survivor, and Paul Feig’s A Simple Favour.
In 2019, Sophie made the decision to return to her roots in Haldimand County to fulfill her dream of launching her own media production business. Sophie’s love for storytelling, her producing abilities, and her impact behind the lens quickly built herself a name within the business communities throughout Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk, and in the summer of 2023 Sophie launched Hyperfocus Media, a full service photography and digital media production business.
Through Hyperfocus Media, Sophie proudly serves clients across Southern Ontario, and strives to help grow, promote, and elevate businesses through creative media production and storytelling.
