All pricing depicted above is relevant to residential property sales up to 2500 SQFT in size. For every additional 500 SQFT, a 25% increase is applied.
Drone flying is weather dependent. We will only fly the drone if it can be done safely. Weather factors include but are not limited to: wind speed, precipitation, temperature (extreme heat/extreme cold) & location (near airports, busy intersections, etc). If we are unable to fly the drone on the day of your photoshoot, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly, and any rescheduling of drone services will be rebooked and billed for separately.
The photographer reserves the right to decline any photoshoot if they feel unsafe or if the property is inaccessible or unprepared causing delays in their shooting schedule. The client may be billed for lost time in such cases.
Photoshoots are weather dependent. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule a shoot in the event of bad weather that may risk damage to their equipment.
We gently ask that homeowners and/or tenants vacate the home and that pets are put away for the duration of the photoshoot.
We gently ask that Realtors ensure their lawn sign is removed from the property prior to the photoshoot. We understand there are certain MLS branding regulations and we want to ensure your listing is compliant. Hyperfocus Media will not be held liable for any fines incurred by the Realtor or Broker.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled photoshoot will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
Hyperfocus Media offers a "within 2 business days" turnaround window, and as such will not be held responsible for last minute bookings by the Realtor where media may be delivered after the property's live date.
Appointment times are estimates only. Actual times may vary based on the photographers schedule and/or potential delays.
